Video clicking, repair time?

I took my NEX-5n in for the video clicking authorised warranty repair on November 29 to a Sony Service Center and so far has been 17 days and no word of when it will be ready. Is this normal or can others share what they have experienced regarding how long it took to get your repaired?

Received the camera back (I had to pick it up from the repair center myself) on December 21. Took just over 3 weeks and 1 and a half weeks of this was arguing with Sony and the service center about this authorized fix issued by Sony which they clearly were not even aware of. Anyway... I hope no other issues arise with this camera as now I know where NOT to take my camera to for an authorized or warranty repair.

I am indeed in Greece and sent it to an authorized service center reccomended by Sony Greece. So far, they cant give me any word on when it will be ready for pickup and never return calls. Very poor customer service in my opinion and making me have second thoughts about not only their abilities, but if I should have purchased into a Sony system to begin with.

They have had the camera for 3 weeks.
