Full screen video on DPF-HD800

Hi,

I'm trying to play my movie full screen on the dpf-hd800 Photo frame without the black bars at the top and bottom of the screen.

I have a movie that was originally created in 1280 x 720 format and have the possibility to resize it in whatever pixel resolution I want.

Can anybody help me find the way to get rid of the black borders??

formats I've already tried are:

1920 x 1080

1280 x 720

800 x 480

720 x 400

with no results for now

the DPF-HD800 has a native resolution of 800x480 Pixel which relates to an 5/3 aspect ratio. Your source image has 16/9 aspect ratio so whichever resizing you set, unless you do not distort (squeeze or stretch) the image it will be played back with some borders.
