I run Windows 7 Pro on my VPC Z 21V9E. And I cannot create a Windows backup to be saved on an external hard drive - the laptop works hard for a long time 'saving' the file, but in the end reports an error and gives the 'blue screen of death'. I have tried two hard drives, both from WD : a 1 TB new one and a 300 GB old one. The same effect. Any idea what is wrong?
