Upgrade PCG-K115Z??

Hi @all!

I would like to know if my PCG-K115Z Laptop is upgradeable! Especially if it would be possible to upgrade the Mobility Radeon 9200 to a mobility radeon 9800 and the 512 MB-RAM to 1024! If possible I'd like to know if VAIO has any partners in Austria, that could do this for me, because my hardware skills, especially if coming to Laptops are limited!

Don't really know about this particular machine but generally laptops have integrated graphics cards - impossible to upgrade.

As far as the memory goes, this is relatively straightforward. However, Most laptops have only 2 slots and are used up - in your case probably 2 x 256MB rather than 1 x 512MB. This means of course you will have to buy 2 x 512MB to upgrade
