Spiderman 3

I have just received my free blueray copy of "Spiderman3" as a freebie when buying my Sony Vaio AR51M.cek. and guess what, it will not play. I haven't tried any other blueray discs, but Standard DVDs play OK. I see from a quick search with google that mine is not an isolated case. Sorry if this is a repeat of other peoples woes. Where do i go from here, anybody please

Here is a copy of the InterVideo WinDVD BD Update installation instructions..

This update improves playback compatibility with BD-J titles.

How do I update my software?
1. Exit all running programs.
2. Download this update and save it to your hard drive.
3. When the download is complete, locate the downloaded file in the location you specified.
4. Double-click the downloaded file to run it.
5. Wait while the wizard updates your software.
6. Click OK when the installation is completed.

Hi Thalamus, have now successfully updated interwin dvd Bd and "Spiderman3" now plays (Pity really, what a terrible film)
