I bought my Vaio Sony windows 8 laptop two days ago and is already giving me problems. I have Norton security installed but everytime i go to donwload something like iTunes or music it downloads the whole way to 99% then stops and says there is a problem with this la la la la la. I've tried numerous times but I cant seem to find the problem. Please if anyone can help, answer. It's really starting to annoy me.
