Missing USB 2.0!!

Hello
I have a Vaio RZ-324 and have just noticed that my USB2.0 is missing, My pc is about 16 months old and running all sp`s and fixes on windows xp,
I bought myself a Cruzer Mini USB Stick 256mb and when i plug the stick in it says that the stick would perform better plugged into a USB2.0 port, now, i should have USB2.0 but even in the device manager there is no mention of any advanced usb only the standard usb. Any Ideas?

Maybe that model doesn't have USb2.0
Try the front sockets.

In the spec list on this machine it states 4 rear USB2 and 4 USB front ports so i just assumed that it would have USB2.0

you can find out the detail's of your usb hubs go to the computer manager by right clicking your computer icon and clickihng on manage

the usb's will be listed in the device manager there you8 can check the speed ect ect
