How to contact Vaio support?

Is there another possibility to get an e-support-account?
I really need help from the vaio-team!

I've been trying to get an e-support account over the last few days, but I've been failing miserably. e-support.vaio-link.com doesn't appear to have a record of my email address, even though I've registered with Club-Vaio. I can't find a support email address anywhere - does anyone know what else I can do?
