How do I back up my Vaio

Hello all
I cant seem to find the Vaio back up software on my A115z. The manual says it should be in my start menu but it is not there. I have found the folder in program files/sony/VAIO Recovery Utility but none of the files in there bring up the recovery wizard as described. I tried to find the Automated System Recovery program for windows but cant find the back up program.
Does anyone have any idea what i should do?

Have a look for C:\Utils\utils.exe and run this. If you don't have this file then download the pre-installed utilities from Vaio-Link.

This should re-set the Vaio Recovery Utility in your Start programs.
