Hi
I have had my VAIO for just over a week - everything has been fine until yesterday when I put in a DVD (that it has played before) ..... looking in the device manager it says that windows cannot start he hardware device because the config info in the registry is incomplete or damaged Code 19. Also Code 41 for not being able to find the device in the first place. I have tried all the trouble shooting tips but it isn't working. I can't seem to register for my online e-support either as my ID or password isn't recognised. Any help or tips would be great!
