Help me whit the Driver

Hi, that's my first time, i dunno very well english, but i try to explain for what i need. So...
I have a Radeon, igp 345M and for this i have not found any new driver. I now that i can, with a special program(Dhmodtool), replace my old driver whit the catalyst driver. I have try, but nothing is happend! I have search in internet other information, and i find that maybe i must upgrade my bios(but this is not danger?). I have a Phoenix Technologies LTD R0108K7 (date:13/08/03) SMBIOS 2.3 please help me!!!!!
And another question: can I buy another RAdeon or not (my Vaio model is: PCG-FR315B)?

Graphics drivers can be downloaded from the sony website. Thats is where I got mine from.
