Hello, I am with AOL V8 and have one of Vio notebook (PCG-GRT715S. For the last 10 days every time I connect to internet, I loose the connection. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes and the other time longer before I get disconnected. I have talked to AOL and after a lengthy chat, was told that the fault could be with "Universal Serial Bus Controller" in Device Manager. They said it should be changed from SIS 7001 PCI TO USB OPEN HOST CONTOLLER to anything like intel1000 or via chip it..!!!
I am not a technical and will appreciate if anyone could put some light on it for me as I don't know what that means or how to change it ???
