Sony Bravia bought in Hong Kong

My daughter shipped a Sony Bravia from Hong Kong, Model number is 32W700C.  It is connected to an aerial, but can not find any Freeview channels including BBC or ITV.  What can we do to ensure that the TV can be used in the UK?

I'm afraid it's not possible to use the internal tuner in this case. You may find it better to get a set top box and receive the channels that way.
