AF9 message 'wifi not connected'

New AF9 and the message 'wifi not connected' comes up frequently for a few seconds in the top right hand corner.

Any cure or suggestions?

My problem has been solved (fingers crossed). For me the issue was from the Sky/Now router. I started getting the pop up message after switching from Plusnet this month.

I split the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands by turning off synchronised tab, renamed them and disabled IPv6 on LAN side.

Hope this works for you.

Thanks fir the suggestion. The Wifi bands on my router are split. I had problems with a printer long before I got the AF9. I will try disabling ipv6.

Hi adcapon, did these steps solve the issue?

Early days but disabling the IPv6 on my router seems to have helped. I haven’t had the error since I made the change, whereas I was getting it most days and often several times a day before,
