Cashback claim

I recently claimed my cash back on a camera bought on 11 November. I received an email from someone called Caio, the email heading was campaign.administartion.en@eu.sony.com - case reference 21663498, email: 356949580. This email requested I send the original sales invoice, not the confirmation of order as proof of purchase. It asked me to send this by replying to the email and attaching the invoice. This I have done.

I requested that I received confirmation of receipt. I have not received this. I have since sent a second email asking for confirmation of receipt, and again have received no reply. I now am unclear whether the information provided has been received, accepted and the cash back is proceeding. How can I get this confirmation if Caio will not reply to my emails

I have the same issue! got the camera on Nov 5. I asked for the claim. I add EVERYTHING register code of lens and camera, and the invoice. but then got email that there was no receipt! so I sent it again 4 days ago - just 2 minutes after Sony sent me the mail - and since then no one answers!

 

SONY, WHY ARE YOU MAKING CASHCLAIM SO HARD?
