I have a soft intermittent noise/hissing sound via bluetooth instead of silence when no voice output is expected. Eg. when the headphone is connected but play button isn't pressed yet. Regardless of NC off/on or device connected to. Tried the latest firmware also, tried more codecs also. Please help.
