Hello, bought the wf1000xm3 about 3-4 days ago. I've discovered every time I turn the DSEE HX to auto, it lowers the sound quality of my Spotify (fuzzy sound). Is there anything I can do to stop this or do I need to send the earbuds back and get new ones? I use an android phone.
Another issue I've been having is them not being picked up by my laptop.
Any solutions?

Does it only happen with Spotify or other sources as well.
If it happens only with Spotify, then I would recommend not to set DSEE HX to auto.

Not only Spotify, just checked it with YouTube and got similar results.
It's most noticeable in the snare drum frequency it fizzes, vocals remain clear but go quieter.
