Hi there there should be a setup document that came with the computer that talks you through setting up all the differnet settings, also there is a document CD that helps get the settings right. If you dont have this document i can get you a copy of this.
When you are trying to set it up make sure that you do this near the computer first. Once you have it set up start to move it away from the computer to get an idea of the range.
