Hi all,
I have VGN-SZ5XRN/C with Windows Visa Business installed. I had it working for some time, then one day when I turned it on, it shows Pentium Logo, then Microsoft Corporation appears as if it tries to start Windows, then it goes to Black Screen with cursor on it, which you can move and nothing else happens.
The only way to turn it off is my holding the power button, then when you turn it on again it saysthat Windows was not shut down properly and offers you to either start it normally or go into safe mode. I tried both dozens of time, same thing over and over again. Balck Screen with cursor nothing happens.
Please help!
Bad news I live in US and notebook was bought in Europe so I don't even now if I can go to the service centre with it here.
