My Sony SVE1512KlESl laptop installed an update? then after logging into Windows 8, it froze at App level. Tried several forced shutdowns/ restarts, Eventually tried a VAIO refresh, but laptop has now frozen on App Screen with 'installing' showing in all boxes. Help!
