RE: Webcam not working
I recently ran one of the vaio updates on my VGN-CS31Z/Q Laptop.
After doing this I noticed I was unable to use my webcam on windows live messenger. I tried removing and reinstalling windows live messenger but it still won't work.
The camera icon only says 'start a video call'. It used to say send webcam.
I have been into audio settings which used to say Default - Sony Communiaction Centre but it now says Default - USB device. I can see myself in the box and the light comes on by the cam.
If I press the capture button on the keypad it loads the Arcsoft Camera, I can see myself on screen and the magic i visual effects box pops up.
Does anybody know how to solve this problem?
