volume and assigned button not working

hi, i need help with my laptop(PCG-GRT715M), i have this problem with the volume, it does go up even if i dont press volume up button, and it keeps on doing that while I'm doing something in my pc, it just annoys me because i can't control it. I can turn the volume down but then just few seconds it will turn the volume up again and i can see it in the screen it wont close till i put it down. I have tried to send it for repair , it was sent back to me ok, but after a day it's back to the same problem. please help me.

MMM have you tried reinstalling the utilities.exe. You can get them at Vaio Link. Sound to me that the fault is hardware with a circuit arcs due to dust of something. Get a can of compressed air and blow into the vaio through the vents with it switched off.
