VIAO random power up during sleep mode

Hi all.

My Vaio Laptop has been randomly powering up after I put it in sleep mode. Sometimes it'll happen 5 mins after entering sleep mode, sometimes an hour. Completely random! 

Also, every now and then a DOS window pops up for a few seconds then disappears again... is this something to be worried about? This tends to happen after just powering up the Vaio from being shut down as is not related to the random sleep power-ups. 

I'm running Win10. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could try this:

Control Panel -> Hardware & Sound -> Power Options -> Edit Plan Settings -> Change Advanced Power Settings

Find ‘Sleep->Allow Wake Timers’ and change to ‘Disable’
