This powerfukl laptop was brought at great expense but the fan goes constantly at full speed as it overheats. I hear there could be a free recall as it contains faulty components. Coudl you please advise me as I can't use it anymore as it is too unreliable, the wireless has stopped working and there is a line on the screen.
It is running Vista.
I would be most impressed if Sony could help me out here, I've thought I could solve the problem myself but it all points to a faulty component now.
Please help!
