VGN-SZ4XWN/C and Clubvaio

I have just purchased a VGN-SZ4XWN/C and logged into this support site. The only problem is that this model is no longer supported!! Poor show for a £1200 laptop. I am interested in accessories.
Can someone at Sony help?
