Vaio VGN-SZ4MNB restart from Hibernate

It is less than two months since I bought my Vaio VGN-SZ4MNB. It is very disappointing to find the laptop to have been starting itself spontaneously in the bag. In all the occasions when this happened the computer was put in hibernate state before closing the lid. Also in all these occasions I made sure everything is off before closing the lid and putting the machine in it's bag. Clearly when I take it out of the bag I find the machine has restarted and hot, indicating clearly it was on for some time and consumed much of the battery power. This is the annoying thing ie:the consumption of battery power when computer is not supposed to be in use. I have checked for Ghosts in my house and car and it does not seem to be an issue yet......!

Have you checked whether there is anything enabled to bring your notebook out of hibernation? I suggest that you have a look at scheduled tasks and disable anything that may trigger this event.
