Vaio Restore After SP2 - install - Mail Application Keeps Starting !! HELP

ok here goes

before we go i have tried startup and even in the registry

Sony Laptop VGN A195EP

After soing a system restore (FULL), after applying SP2 the system keeps loading outlook express on boot. I have looked everywhere startup , registry etc but cannot see.

This is obvioulsy something to do with the laptop as I have done over 100 systems and they do not do this.

Can anybody help, this is driving me nuts

There should be a BIOS update for your VAIO on VAIO-Link to solve this issue.

found it eventually, yet when i searched KB under outlook problems could not find it
