Vaio PCG-K315S fan / cpu removal instructions

my viao is runnig too hot (about 80degC) so i think i need to clean out the fans and heatsinks etc and maybe re-grease the CPU/heatshrink interface.
Anyone got any instructions / help on how to do this? 
I am IT admin and have taken lappys apart before but always with a guide.
