VAIO PC remote control RM-VC10E

Dear All

Have had a hand-held remote control unit since purchasing an PCV-RS704 but have been unable to use. When I point towards either the base unit or the screen it does nothing.

Do I need to format or configure it first?

Other thoughts ????

i think you need to use the USB infra red receiver thingy with it.

You would need that gadget to work the remote on the PVC RS Series.

Its only alittle a reciver that can sit on top of your vaio tower, the range is pretty cool.
