upgrade 512 mo Ram on my vaio pcv-rs 302

hello everybody
I have bought a vaio 3 months ago , and i wanted to upgrade my vaio rs 302 with 2 memories 256 mo .
Actually , there is 512 mo (2*256mo) with pc2700(ddr400) memory, and my mother card is a intel 865pe chipset (i think i'ts an asus p4p800 but i can't arrive to download the manuel guide on vaio-link.com).
I try to contact E-Support but i can't arrive to register me( they said that my e-mail is not valid on their data base ).
So if somebody have a vaio pcv-rs 302, it will be very fine to give me the configuration (which mother card?which is memoty mark?)
My questions are:
which mark are my memory mark?( i think it's Crucial memory )
why i have got pc 2700ddr 400, that exists? or it's a fault on my technic manual?
which memory ram can i take , corsair , samsung...?
If i have got pc 2700ddr400 on my vaio, it's no use if i buy pc 3200ddr400 cause the mother card takes the lower memory, so in reality my pc 3200ddr400 will be as a pc 2700ddr400?no?
and finally how can i do to activate dual channel?
Many questions but i'm lost

Can you not use their memory matcher?
It matches model to the memory you should use.

It's very simple:

Go to Crucial.com/uk
Select SONY and press on go to step 2
Select the PRODUCT LINE : eg RS and click NEXT
Select the SONY MODEL
Easy 'eh
