I bought my VAIO VGN-A417S in UK in September and I travelled to Ghana in West Africa to continue with my course.
I just spent about four days in UK after buying my VAIO laptop. I tried using the TV functions but I was told I had to go through the VAIO Zone before I could watch. But anytime I tried it just scans for hours and days only at a fixed frequency. i
That is 45.25Mhz/847Mhz and it will remain here throughout.
When I got to Ghana. I have tried and almost everyday I try and still experience the same problem.
I presume there was something very important I have to do which I am not doing. But trust me I have tried everything possible just to help me watch my TV. Bought internal anthena to try to no avail and have even gone to build an external pole with anthena and a booster but still, to no avail. It's being my headache now. Can anybody please help me solve my problem.
