I've never had any problems with TDK media, and even make a point of buying only that brand these days. It seems like an easy answer but perhaps there is a problem with the drive itself - have you noticed any other difficulties?
No, it can read media fine (dvd's and cd's) I've haven't encountered a problem with burning cd's. Just when I try to burn a DVD-R from TDK. I'll go and try an other brand and see if the problem still will go away.:smileysad:
