Sound distorted when playing QuickTime movies on my FE11S

Hello guys, can you help me on this problem?

I've posted this problem earlier but I can't find it, so here goes:

I can't play movies on QuickTime. The sound is distorted. Here's an example.
I've tried searching for new drivers for my sound card, installed quick time alternative but the problem remains.
I also reported a case at http://e-support.vaio-link.com/ but they say it is not their problem beacuse QT is software not included with the pc.
So if any of you know a solution for my problem, I would be glad to know it..

Hi

Go to the QuickTime player and go to edit > prefrences > quicktime prefrences
Then in there go to advanced and select safe mode for DirectX
