hello, I bought a laptop from currys in May last year, but ony three months passed, the laptop shows no battery is detected. Due to the laptop is under guarentee, so i bring it to currys, and the staff of currys send it to sony repair centre, but when my laptop was send back, i took it home, turn it on, and found , the problem is still exsits, so i want to ask the sony company, how can your company make such a big mistake, and let the customers down. because the laptop is under guarentee, if your staff can not fix the problem, why do not your staff change a new one for me. so i hope sony company can resove my problem, thanks.
