I have installed the latest version of PMB software for my camcorder HDR SR12E model. This has been running ok for a long time. Now it generates a runtime error on program start:
"This application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way" by Microsoft Visual C++ library
My computer is a PC with Windows 7 64bit professional OS.
I have uninstalled the PMB software, cleaned the registry and re-installed using SPUdownload manager
but this has made no difference. Can anyone advise what to do to solve this problem please?
