I'm interested how to report that false advertising bit.
The refund thing is just to much of a hassle. Not to mention that the mailorder company hasn't been very responsive on another refund issue I am having.
If you're in the UK, go to Consumer Advice and report it there, it's a criminal offence for a retailer to falsely advertise something - specially en masse.
