Recieving mail from Club VAIO when I should not be!

Hello Club VAIO, I have recived mail for the second time when I should not have! Firstly it is to an email address that was unregistered to Club VAIO a long time ago and secondly I have no "watches" ticked for some time! Can someone tell me why this is happening?

They have changed the structure, you will need to change your watch yet again (I know, very annoying!)

What must I be doing wrong as I have none selected apart from this one - which I have also cleared! Do I need to do something else? I will wait and see if it happens again, maybe this will be the end!
