Problems with VGN-FS285M

Hey there,

I am having serious issues with this laptop, when i start it up it just comes to a blue screen and then restarts it self before it gets to windows. I figured i needed to do a clean install, but i do not have any recovery cd's for that. Is there any way i can get new one's or download some.

Can anybody help?? It would be most appreciated.

Your vaio has a hidden recovery partition, you can therefore create a set of recovery discs by following this guide ..

Have you tried doing a system restore to a point before the problem started..?
