Problem with Bluetooth on a Vaio VGN-S3HP

Hi every body !!!

I've a samsung SDH-Z500V, which is connectiong by bluetooth...

Thus, I would like to connect it to my PC, by the bluetooth connection...

But on my PC, bluetooth doesn't work : when I activate it and desactivate LAN (Wifi), an error message appears : "Windows doesn't recognize the USB peripheric you've inserted, click to see the problem..."

Do you know how to manage and fixthe problem ???

If you have no joy after that here is a link to the Users guide for your vaio, page 53 explains how to use the onboard bluetooth device & page 59 has some troubleshooting examples.

It doesn't figure in the installed components (configuration panel, installed programs).

I've seen on the Net that I need to buy a bluetooth adaptator, which is put on the USB port...

Is it right ???

The specs for a sony Vaio VGN-S3HP state that it has inbuilt bluetooth, so you should not need to by a bluetooth USB adapter/dongle.

You should have a switch to turn the bluetooth on. French user guide page 55 explains how to activate & use.
