Problem reading CD DVD RW DVR k15 (Pioneer) on VGN FS215Z

Hi there, I am unable to read/write any kind of CDs with DVR K15 on VGN FS215Z. The DVD rom is unable to read any kind of CDs (software, data, VCD etc) but it can read and write DVD ROMs and DVD RW of all kind.
Any suggestion. I tried, uninstalling additional software, Resorting system to factory settings and original configuration.

As you only have problems reading CD's you may have some dirt on the CD lens..

Buy a CD lens cleaner from somewhere like maplins..

I have cleaned Lens and my CDS are new and scratchless.
Is there any solution or I have to install new one.
