I have vaio PCG-k315M and my processor reach 80 to 85 degrees, I doubt that the bios is infected with a trojan virus. I tried to scan with different anti virus but nothng is found. Still I want to flash bios and install new one. coukd anyone help what and hoe to do it. I also tried to upgrade it from the vaio support but when i am trying to install the file phbsys-007980007-UN it sez that the bios is already updated and no need to upgrade

The high temperature could be due to a build up of dust etc, gently clean the outside of the vents and then try clearing the cooling vents with compressed air, (you should be able to get this from your local PC shop), holding the can upright give the vents a short blast from a distance of approx. 10cm if you hold the can to close you could damage the fan.
