I have just bougth a new PCV W1, but is shuts down sponteanously time and time again. scxreen turns grey, no key is actieve. ligt stays burning in on/off switch. On/off switch does not react. Only solution is to disconnect from power. What is wrong?
Not really sure what's going on here, but call VAIO-Link as it's a newish machine. Also a little tip, hold down the power key for 5secs and the motherboard turns the PC off safely for you in whatever scenerio.
