PCV-RX501 : lost my sound

Hi,
I use my PCV-RX501 for one year, and I was very satisfied with it.
But this afternoon, sound became very tiny, not audible.
Then after reboot : no audio device is found.
No hardware problem reported anywhere.

Question 1 : can you help me solve my problem ?
Question 2 : if I install a sound card, will it work out ?

Best Thing Id Suggest is try & find your Soundcard Driver & give it another blast back on the PC.

Dunno owt else really if it aint reporting it in " Device's "
