I have a PCV RS 504 which is fitted with a ATI 9200 graphics card. This card is out of date and is not fully DirectX 9 compliant. I have aquired an ATI Radeon 9550 card which although a bit dated should improve the performance. When I tried to install the new card I had problems installing the drivers and have had to revert to the 9200 card. (Not a straight forward task. Can anyone advise me if this upgrade is possible or if the RS 504 is impossible to upgrade. Thank You
I have succeeded in upgrading my Graphics Card from ATI 9200 to ATI 9550. Not a huge leap I know, but at least this card is DirectX 9 compatible. This has resulted in quite a good improvement in my graphics with no apparent side effects.
