For some reason this is one of the few models that gives no information on adding RAM in the user manual. It just tells you to contact Sony and part with £xxx for them to do the job for you:smileysad:

thank you for your answer but theres's nothing about it in the user manual.

I did try to open the back of it, and I saw the Ram protected by a "metal" part that is blocking the Access to the Ram. Any Idea how to move it to add the ram ?

On the via link is telling me to contact Sony, anyone did it on is own ?
