nw20 motion cam software utility

I have a new sony vaio nw20ef/s and cannot find a way to use motion cam unless i have the arc soft software, is there a link for download ocam utiliy as i cannot find it anywhere very frustrated, arc soft software very kiddish just need to be able to use it with sony cam.

Just installed Windows 7 and also had this problem. However, quick search on Internet quickly located the install files on US Sony Support Site.
