I was given 2 laptops from my work which were going into the trash. Both Sony Vaio's, nothing spectacular, but decent to do more than the basics.
Both work, but I'm missing a few key parts, a couple I can't find anywhere even as a Compatible Parts number.
First up:
Need the hard drive "caddy" that holds the drive in place. I "think" any Sony Core 2 duo area would be a proper fit across the board. Here are the images showing the compartment, the Compatible Parts number, and the user number...?
Also looking for the battery also.
