hi, spiderman 3-- my first bd wont play. windvd for vaio starts up but then nothin happens, the disk just wont play.
please help!!!!!!!

Hi Andy and welcome,

1. What model Vaio do you have?
2. Have you installed ALL the Sony Updates by running 'Vaio Update'
3. What version of WinDVD BD for Vaio do you have installed? - Open WinDVD BD -> click on the Audio Loudspeaker Icon -> Click on the 'Settings' cogwheel symbol -> Check the drive is set to 'Region B' and look for the version number in the last tab.
