Hi!

I would like to say im very angry on sony vaio customer support... I was trying to give my Vaio on guarantee for 2 weeks now... I was calling sony almost every day to find out what is happening that no one is coming for my notebook...  Every time they sad something about that UPS guy was at my house and my laptop wasn't ready for pickup... Weird thing because every time at my house there were 4 people... Sony so huge and prestige firm should make everything they can to make customer happy, yet they made me wait 2 weeks with broken laptop and do nothing with it. I'm very disappointed in Sony and i will make everything possible to tell my friends not to buy from sony because of their lack of support... I wish to inform You that i will start spreading the message about low quality of You're service in real life by posting my case in a site called "reddit.com" and polish "wykop.pl"

another week and i still do not have my laptop.... i called vaio link again... they told me that my laptop arrived to repair centre on Friday.... it "wasn't ready for pick-up" in sony centre on Monday.... no one even bothered to tell me that.... sony sucks..

ok.. i got my laptop back... so i can start spreading the word about this crap sony is... i SPECIALLY called sony to tell them NOT to send me a piece of fabric to wipe my screen... i sed to them that a little note about how sorry they were that i was having so much problems with them will be enough... and guess what... they send me this *****ty fabric.... and a regular CTRL+C CTRL+V note! I called them to MAKE them send me some info about what is happening with my laptop... guess what ! THEY didn't do ****! I was AGAIN wasting my money to call them to know that my laptop is back! I'm extremely mad at sony and i just like i sed in first post i will start letting people know about how sony treats their clients! I will definitely not ever buy anything from sony again i will make sure that my family and friends will not buy anything from sony too.
