Can anybody help,I have a vgf-ap1l.The screen is all white and it will not switch on.The computer does not recognice it as a mass storage device.HELP

Had similar problem. Needed to fully recharge it, then tried resetting again and it was sorted. Just had to reset the date & time and the G-sense pad.

Had also the same problem - hadn't charged it for 6 weeks - battery flat as a dodo - fully charged - now OK
